Everything we do at Assumption Parish School and Early Learning Center is grounded by our mission, vision, and values and our goal of developing children of faith who are prepared for the world. The Assumption Early Learning Center provides 12-month programming for infants through pre-kindergartners and Assumption School serves kindergarten through eighth graders during regular school months with a summer camp option for students entering kindergarten through third grade. Assumption has an affordable after-school program with more than 20 extracurricular options including clubs, a dance program, and music lessons.
Religious education is a component of the daily curriculum and permeates each school day. Students attend Mass and Benediction weekly and also have regular opportunities to participate in Reconciliation and Adoration. Students receive the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist in second grade and Confirmation in seventh grade.
In Assumption’s S.T.R.E.A.M. Care for Creation Outdoor Classroom students learn gardening techniques, the process of composting, weather instrumentation, and caring for God’s creation. Students develop their technological skills in the Assumption Innovation Lab which boasts 3D printers, virtual reality equipment, and robotics. Sixth through eighth grade students participate in a one-to-one Chromebook program and attend math class in the newly renovated 360º Math Lab.

Mission
Our Mission is to grow in love of God and neighbor and develop each child’s potential through a Catholic, student-centered education.
Purpose
Jesus Christ is the heart of our academic and social life. Our curriculum is designed to support the integration of our Catholic faith in daily life. Our students have regular opportunities to engage in Mass and share their faith as cantors, lectors, and altar servers. Through daily religious education our students deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith in addition to preparing to receive the holy Sacraments.
Quality
We treat every child as a unique and special individual, differentiating instruction to meet each child’s learning needs. As a parent, you can count on quality, faith-based education and close communication with your child’s teacher to support their intellectual, social, and emotional development. Our educators engage students through a variety of learning and technological tools to maximize each student’s success and prepare them for their future.
Dynamic Community
As brothers and sisters in Christ we embrace the call to love one another as Christ loves us. This understanding of family spirit infuses our school and parish community. Each child belongs to a virtue family with their school buddy where they have opportunities to serve, pray with, and learn from each other. As a family, our students grow in love of God and neighbor, ready to serve their community.
