Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Christian Brothers College High School. I am so proud to have this opportunity to tell you about our mission and the people who live it, every day!

We are a Lasallian school, which means that we are inclusive and committed to providing opportunities to young men with a variety of God-given strengths and talents. Our faith-filled and inclusive community prepares students from all backgrounds for success in college and beyond while giving them the opportunity to be part of a brotherhood that will last a lifetime. Recent graduates have found success at Stanford, Yale, Cornell, Duke, Notre Dame, West Point, Navy, Vanderbilt, Washington University in St. Louis, Brown, Rice, Georgetown and many other universities.

While our faculty works so hard to deliver a dynamic and customized education, CBC’s Counseling Department opens each young man’s eyes to the academic opportunities available beyond high school. Our mission fuels our efforts to challenge and serve young men from all backgrounds, while our vision calls us to transform our students into men who are guided by faith, strengthened by intellect, committed to justice, and prepared to lead and serve.

My prayers are with you as you seek out the high school that is best for you. We hope you will visit us to learn more about the special brotherhood that is created, here at CBC.

Mission

Christian Brothers College is a Catholic, Lasallian high school committed to the academic, spiritual and moral development of every young man. Our faith-filled and inclusive community prepares students from all backgrounds for success in college and for lives of leadership and service.

Purpose

St. John Baptist de La Salle is the founder of Lasallian education and the patron saint of teachers. Our faculty and staff live our Lasallian mission together in faith and with zeal, every day. Our passion for educating young men and our belief that a quality Catholic education will prepare our students to make a lasting impact on our world drives our mission forward.

Quality

Many schools are moving toward our strategy of providing a customized education to every student, but we have a 175-year head start on where those schools want to go. Our students excel in various areas: Academics, Fine Arts, Athletics, STEM, and many other areas. Some young men enter as members of the CBC Honors Program, others carry average grades and test scores, and still others utilize the academic support programs on campus.

Dynamic Community

CBC creates positive change in our community and world through the lives of students and graduates: young men who are guided by faith, strengthened by intellect, committed to justice, and prepared to lead and serve. Our Lasallian community is committed to touching the hearts and minds of every student as, together, our students become Men for Tomorrow and Brothers for Life.
