From the St. Francis Borgia High School Board of Directors:
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Joseph M. Fischer, CFA, as the next President of St. Francis Borgia High School in Washington, Missouri.
A native of Washington and a graduate of St. Francis Borgia High School, Mr. Fischer brings more than twenty years of leadership experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and organizational strategy. Mr. Fischer currently serves as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CFO JOE, a financial advisory firm that supports business leaders in strategic planning and financial stewardship. Previously, he was the founder and chief executive officer of Greetabl, a St. Louis–based company known for its personalized greeting products.
Deeply rooted in the Borgia community, Mr. Fischer lives with his wife, Sara, and their three children on their family’s sixth-generation farm located just a few miles from campus. He has been an active member of the St. Francis Borgia parish community, serving as a lector, parish volunteer, and past member of the parish council. He has also supported Catholic education locally as a parent volunteer and former school board member at the parish grade school.
Mr. Fischer expressed a profound sense of vocation in accepting the role, noting that the faith formation and education he received at St. Francis Borgia played a formative role in shaping his life and career.
We are confident that Mr. Fischer’s leadership, extensive business and professional background, commitment to the mission of Catholic education, and deep ties to the community will serve St. Francis Borgia High School well as it continues to form young men and women in faith, knowledge, and service. Please keep him in your prayers as he begins this important ministry.”
